Troy L. Marsaw - CEO
Troy L. Marsaw, a native of Natchez, Mississippi, graduated from Texas Southern University with a degree in business. From a very young age, Marsaw possessed an entrepreneurial spirit. This love and respect for business ownership was honed while observing his grandfather rise early and work hard to operate and maintain a concrete operation. The result of this childhood experience coupled with perseverance, determination, and unwavering faith in God has served as his road map to success, in business, throughout the years.
Marsaw’s desire to be a business owner has always been at the forefront. He found and seized opportunities to pursue his business ownership dreams. While working for Continental Airlines, he utilized his travels and networking opportunities to broaden his business acumen. First, he capitalized on his love for professional boxing and sold t-shirts at premiere boxing events around the country. As this business grew more profitable, he saw an opportunity to increase his earnings and accepted an offer of employment at a law firm.
In the next phase of his path to full-time business ownership, Marsaw saw first-hand both the legal and medical perspectives of personal injury cases. He knew he did not want to attend medical school; however, he recognized the earning potential of working in the medical profession as a non-practitioner. After a few years of conscientiously studying the business of healthcare, Marsaw opened his first physical therapy clinic in 1991. This business grew, resulting in the inception of Complete Management Services, Inc, (CMS) in 1999.
Marsaw is a businessman and entrepreneur who is no stranger to exceeding the expectations of an industry that is both demanding and constantly evolving.
